    How to create a PDF

    1. Press Write text to type a document, or choose images and PDFs (or drop them onto the page). Add blank pages where you need them.
    2. Format the text with a title, headings, bold, italic, lists, alignment and page breaks. Move the items up or down until the order is right.
    3. Pick the page size, orientation, margins, font and page numbers, and give the PDF a title and a file name if you like.
    4. Press Create PDF. The PDF is made on your device and downloads straight away.

      A title, three heading levels, bold and italic, bulleted and numbered lists, alignment and page breaks. Long text wraps and flows onto new pages by itself. For an empty page, add a Blank page.

    Is creating PDFs free?

    Yes. It is free to use, with no sign-up, no watermark and no daily limit.

    Are my files uploaded to a server?

    No. Your files are opened and processed by your own browser and the result is saved straight to your device. Nothing is sent to ZEBRA or anyone else.

    What is the difference from JPG to PDF?

    JPG to PDF turns a set of images into a PDF, one image per page. Create PDF puts images on A4, Letter or A5 pages and also lets you write formatted text, add blank pages and append existing PDFs, all in one document. For pages the exact size of each image, use JPG to PDF.

    Do Slovak, Czech and other accented letters work?

    Yes. The text is written with fonts that contain the Central European letters (á, ä, č, ď, ľ, ĺ, ň, ô, ŕ, š, ť, ž and more), and the fonts are embedded in the PDF. A character the chosen font does not have, such as an emoji, is replaced by a question mark, and you are told which ones.

    Can I add page numbers?

    Yes. Switch on Page numbers and every page of the new PDF, including image pages and added PDF pages, gets its number at the bottom centre.

    Is my text saved anywhere?

    No. The text only exists in this page while it is open, and it is not stored in your browser. Download the PDF before you close or reload the page.
