    How to reorder PDF pages

    1. Choose the PDF or drop it onto the page. It is opened in your browser, not uploaded.
    2. Type the new page order, for example 3, 1, 2. Ranges work too, and “10-1” reverses ten pages. Reverse order does it for the whole file.
    3. Choose whether pages you do not list are added at the end.
    4. Press Reorder pages. The reordered PDF downloads straight away.

    Is reordering PDF pages free?

    Yes. It is free to use, with no sign-up, no watermark and no daily limit.

    Are my files uploaded to a server?

    No. Your files are opened and processed by your own browser and the result is saved straight to your device. Nothing is sent to ZEBRA or anyone else.

    How do I reverse the page order?

    Press Reverse order, or type the range backwards, for example “10-1” for a ten-page PDF.

    Can a page appear twice?

    Yes. A page you list twice appears twice in the new PDF, and the tool tells you which pages repeat.

    What happens to pages I do not list?

    With “Add pages I don't list at the end” switched on (the default) they follow in their original order. Switch it off to leave them out.

    Can I drag pages into a new order instead?

    Not on this page. To reorder pages by dragging them, open the PDF in the free Zebra PDF editor.
