How to merge PDF files
- Choose your PDFs or drop them onto the page. You can add up to 50 files; they are opened in your browser, not uploaded.
- Put them in order with the up and down arrows next to each file. The summary shows how many pages the merged PDF will have.
- Press Merge PDFs. The combined file downloads straight away as merged.pdf.

Frequently asked questions
Is merging PDFs free?
Yes. It is free to use, with no sign-up, no watermark and no daily limit.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. Your files are opened and processed by your own browser and the result is saved straight to your device. Nothing is sent to ZEBRA or anyone else.
How many PDFs can I merge at once?
Up to 50 PDFs, each up to 500 MB. Above 100 MB in total you see a warning, because large files need a lot of memory and phones may run out of it sooner than computers.
Will merging reduce quality?
No. Pages are copied as they are, not converted to images, so text stays sharp and selectable. Interactive form fields and bookmarks may not be carried over.
Can I change the page order after merging?
Yes. Open the merged file in Reorder PDF Pages and type the new order, or open it in the Zebra PDF editor and drag the pages.
Does it work with password-protected PDFs?
No. Encrypted PDFs cannot be changed here, so Zebra PDF shows a message instead. This includes PDFs that open normally but have editing or printing restrictions. Remove the password or the restrictions in the app you used (or save an unrestricted copy), then try again.
